Kate Wiberg Latterell, MSW

Kate is a child, adolescent, and family therapist in McLean, Virginia. She works primarily with children, teens, and young adults, while also providing support to parents and families. Her areas of focus include anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, and school-based stressors.

Kate’s practice is developmentally informed and emphasizes strengths-based interventions, parent collaboration, and practical skill-building strategies that support growth both in and outside of sessions.

She draws on training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches. She continues to expand her expertise in supporting clients with autism, ADHD, and depression to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
